What the Gazette publishes
The Selection Commission publishes the agreement adopted on 28 October by Qualifying Tribunal number 1. The call dated 4 June provides for 375 Judicial School places and another 200 at the Centre for Legal Studies.
The tribunal states that it set the score without knowing candidates' identities. The list of successful candidates is published through the official websites of the General Council of the Judiciary, Ministry of Justice, State Prosecutor General and Centre for Legal Studies.
Electronic challenges
The agreement provides five working days from the day after publication for challenges. It does not specify a final calendar date. Challenges must use the electronically signed official form and the procedure provided by the Selection Section.
The agreement also allows an administrative-law appeal before the Supreme Court's Third Chamber within two months. Official instructions should be consulted before making any submission.
