Privacy policy
Information on the processing of personal data at AGENTE LEX, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

We have not appointed a data protection officer, because it is not mandatory in our case. For any data protection question, write to info@agentelex.es.
2. What data we process
- Identification and contact: name, email and, if you provide it, phone number.
- Professional: firm or organisation and position.
- Content you send us: texts, article proposals, news items, links and attached press releases.
- Technical data: IP address and server logs needed for the security of the portal.
- Browsing data: only if you accept analytics cookies, information about how you use the portal collected by Google Analytics 4.
We do not ask for special categories of data. Please do not include them in your submissions. If you give us data about other people (for example, in a press release), you guarantee that you have informed them and that you have a legal basis to share it with us.

At the end of each period, the data is blocked for as long as liabilities may be claimed and then deleted (art. 32 LOPDGDD).
4. Publication of your name
If we publish your news item or article, your name, position and firm may appear alongside the content as source or author. We will tell you before publishing it.
5. Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties, except where legally required. The following providers process it on our behalf, as data processors under a contract in line with art. 28 GDPR:
- Netlify: web hosting and receipt of the "Submit news", "Write for us", "Submit a course", "Post a job" forms and the training and jobs alerts subscription.
- Google: Google Analytics 4, only if you accept analytics cookies, and Google Search Console, which we use to understand the portal's performance in Google search and which does not install cookies in your browser.
- The email service provider for info@agentelex.es, to which the form messages are forwarded.
If any of them processes data outside the European Economic Area, it will do so under a European Commission adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses (arts. 45 and 46 GDPR).
6. Contact and news submission forms
Messages from the "Submit news", "Write for us", "Submit a course", "Post a job" forms and the alerts subscription are received through Netlify and forwarded to info@agentelex.es. We use them only for the purposes stated. Attached files are treated with the same confidentiality and deleted within the periods indicated.
Subscription to training and jobs alerts: we only store your email and the types of alert you choose. For now no newsletter is sent. You can unsubscribe or withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@agentelex.es, and we will delete your data from the list.
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability (arts. 15 to 22 GDPR), and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to info@agentelex.es stating "Data protection" in the subject line and the right you wish to exercise. We will reply within one month.
If you do not agree with our reply, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
8. Minors
AGENTE LEX is aimed at professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14 (art. 7 LOPDGDD).
9. Security and automated decisions
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk (art. 32 GDPR). We do not make automated decisions or build profiles with legal effects on you.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date of the latest version appears at the top of this page.
