Editorial: a victim of gender violence needs a lawyer before reporting, not after
At the 2nd Andalusian Meeting on Gender Violence, the Spanish Legal Profession asked for specialised, close-at-hand defence, and for legal assistance to victims to be mandatory from before the report is filed. We share the proposal and explain why.
