Information to the worker: what changes with Royal Decree 723/2026, in force since 5 October
Since 5 October, employers must inform in writing of more elements of the employment relationship, including the use of algorithmic systems that affect working conditions. It affects the clients of employment law firms and the firms themselves as employers.
