Pay transparency at law firms: what the European directive requires and what Spain is preparing
Directive (EU) 2023/970 obliges companies, law firms included, to explain how they pay and to measure the pay gap between women and men. The Ministry of Labour has published a draft royal decree to transpose it in part. We summarise both texts.
