Editorial: two decree-laws on the same day are not the best way to legislate on housing
On 6 October two royal decree-laws on housing were approved that amend the same law, even the same article, with different entry-into-force dates. One of them also reforms a long list of tax, procedural and financial rules. We argue that so sensitive a matter deserves a different legislative technique.
