Abdón Pedrajas Littler jumps into people consulting: launches Kinema People led by a former Novartis, Adidas and Airbus executive
The labour boutique opens an HR consultancy headed by Diego Navarro-Julvez as exclusive partner of the firm.
Spanish labour boutique Abdón Pedrajas Littler has launched Kinema People, a human resources consultancy that will work together with the firm and with the people-management arm of Eqippo HR Solutions to offer companies an integrated service in labour relations and human resources, according to Lawyerpress.
A consultancy as exclusive partner of the firm
The new office is headed by Diego Navarro-Julvez, a former HR director at multinationals such as Novartis, Adidas and Airbus, and it started work on 27 October as the firm's exclusive partner.
The announced range of services is broad: from designing the organisational architecture to talent attraction, development and retention, including organisational and organisational-health audits, structure design and strategic workforce planning, leadership development and coaching programmes, performance and compensation management, pay audits, culture, inclusion and diversity programmes, and training.
The alliance with Eqippo HR Solutions completes the architecture: the consultancy will work with Eqippo's people management arm to offer a comprehensive service in labour relations and human resources.
