VilaCastro opens its Ourense headquarters with a business session on employment contracts, e-invoicing and AI
The firm, advising companies since 1988, inaugurates its new premises with experts in labour, tax and artificial intelligence.
VilaCastro Grupo Asesor held a business session this Friday at its new Ourense headquarters, focused on the main regulatory novelties affecting companies, with the participation of professionals and experts in labour, tax and artificial intelligence regulation, according to La Voz de Galicia.
New employment contract and time recording
The session opened with a block devoted to labour novelties and the new employment contract, featuring Tania Lamas, labour and social security inspector in Ourense; Montserrat Rey, lawyer and head of VilaCastro's Legal-Labour Department; and Alba Muñoz, lawyer and head of the firm's Grants Department. The session covered hiring, companies' labour obligations and time recording.
E-invoicing, VeriFactu and AI
On tax matters, Carmen Sampayo David, president of the Ourense College of Economists and vice-president of the Galician Council of Economists, analysed the main aspects of electronic invoicing and VeriFactu, with special attention to the regulatory novelties, deadlines and obligations that companies and professionals must know. AI regulation had its own space with David López, CEO of Forgaltalent, who set out the implications of the new rules and their possible impact on companies.
A headquarters for Ourense's business fabric
The event closed with coffee and networking. Holding the session at the new premises, at calle Avilés de Taramancos number 40, also served to present the new headquarters to the local business fabric and strengthen ties with companies, freelancers and professionals in the area. The firm has accompanied companies since 1988.
