Pérez-Llorca has hired McKinsey to reorganise its structure after several years of international growth, according to sources familiar with the mandate cited by El Confidencial. The firm has funded the expansion with debt and is now seeking a loan of up to 100 million euros to refinance it.

The mandate: turning many firms into one

McKinsey faces an integration challenge: turning into a single firm the practices Pérez-Llorca has been incorporating outside Spain. According to El Confidencial, firm sources explain that they have worked for years with first-tier consultants on integration, processes and technology; and the sources consulted about the mandate say it combines corporate, tax and governance design across countries with different rules.

The perimeter's figures explain the complexity: at the close of 2025, the group comprised eleven companies in seven countries, each with its own legal form. In November 2025, the firm incorporated Pérez-Llorca España to separate the Spanish business from the parent, which remains the head of a country-by-country network of companies.
