Legal job offers for 27 October 2026: 21 verified positions in Madrid, Barcelona and Valencia
There are 21 active offers in our index today after verifying each link by its content: two positions were withdrawn this morning and there are no new additions.

Our daily review of the legal job market. This morning we verified one by one, by content and not just by technical availability, every offer in the index: 21 remain active and two have been withdrawn. The withdrawn positions are the Junior Space Legal Counsel role at Open Cosmos in Madrid and the Junior Corporate Associate role at Perez-Llorca, whose pages no longer accept applications. There are no new additions since the previous review.
Today's highlights
Among international firms, Hogan Lovells keeps open its process for an employment lawyer with three to five years of experience in Madrid, and EY continues to seek senior profiles: a Corporate M&A lawyer for Barcelona and an employment lawyer for Valencia. KPMG Abogados, meanwhile, offers a junior business development position in Madrid, an interesting route for those steering their career towards the commercial side of the profession.
Among national firms, Perez-Llorca retains two active processes after the corporate profile was withdrawn: junior employment associate and a lawyer specialised in debt capital markets. ECIJA is looking for a real estate lawyer, RCD has two positions open (senior in data protection and digital law, and junior litigation in Valencia) and Ceca Magan keeps its process for a commercial paralegal alive through its LinkedIn channel. CMS Albinana y Suarez de Lezo offers a paralegal position in the public law area and Rousaud Costas Duran is looking for a junior innovation lawyer in Barcelona.
How the market looks
This week's map confirms the pattern of recent ones: demand concentrates in three areas. First, employment law, with positions open at international firms, multinationals and industrial companies, from Madrid to the Basque Country. Second, data protection and digital law, where legal counsel and senior associate positions pile up without the supply of specialists covering them. Third, transactional corporate, which keeps senior processes open although some junior positions close quickly, as today's two withdrawals show: the life cycle of a junior offer rarely exceeds three weeks.
Geography also speaks. Madrid and Barcelona concentrate most positions, but Valencia consolidates its presence as a third market with active processes at EY and RCD, and positions appear in mid-size cities that previously could not sustain specialised demand.
In-house legal departments and other profiles
In the in-house segment, two legal counsel positions in Madrid and Barcelona stand out: The Hive seeks a generalist legal counsel in the capital and Titan OS one specialised in data protection in Barcelona. Job boards add profiles from insurers and multinationals, including an intellectual property lawyer position with very high English at an international firm and several employment lawyer roles across the country, from Molins de Rei to Beasain, where CAF is covering a temporary replacement.
How we use this data
Every offer we publish has been opened and read this very morning: if the page asks you to fill in a form, still accepts applications and the company has not announced a closing, we consider it active. Withdrawals are detected the same way: when the page disappears or declares the process closed, it leaves the index. To prepare your application, we recommend our guide to CVs and cover letters for law firms, the advice on negotiating salary at a firm and the analysis of Spanish legal salaries 2025. The full, updated listing is at jobs/offers.
