Legal job offers: selection of 23 October 2026 for lawyers
We gather eleven active vacancies published on the careers pages of law firms and companies and at recruitment consultancies. We give only the basic facts and the link to the original offer, verified today.

A selection of eleven active legal job offers as of today, 23 October 2026. We check every original link before publishing and give only the basic facts: position, company, city, offer date and link. Applications are always managed on the company's or firm's own page, never through Agente Lex.
Today's highlights
One addition to yesterday's selection: RCD has opened a junior litigation position in Valencia, for candidates with one to three years of experience, with further training in procedural law valued and experience in banking litigation and other civil litigation a plus. It is the firm's second active position in the selection, alongside the senior Data Protection and Digital Law role in Barcelona.
ECIJA's Real Estate lawyer position in Madrid remains open on the firm's careers page, as does Hogan Lovells' opening for its Madrid employment team (3-5 years, via Workday).
Madrid: four positions
Besides ECIJA and Hogan Lovells, Abogueo's offer (senior Family Law, with autonomy to manage an own portfolio) and KPMG Abogados' junior business development role in the Markets & Clients department remain active.
Barcelona and the metropolitan area: four positions
RCD's senior data protection role, Rousaud Costas Duran's junior Innovation position (focused on tech companies, venture capital and M&A), EY Abogados' senior Corporate M&A role and the employment lawyer a Barcelona advisory firm is seeking through Michael Page for Molins de Rei.
Valencia and Gipuzkoa
RCD's new junior litigation role in Valencia is joined by EY Abogados' employment lawyer in the same city and CAF's opening in Beasain (Gipuzkoa), a temporary cover in the labour relations area of the Human Resources department.
A quick read of the market this week
The week confirms two trends we have been observing: the pull of data protection and digital law profiles, with senior offers at mid-sized and large firms, and the resilience of employment law, which accounts for half of the selection across all levels. For juniors, innovation and business development positions remain a less crowded entry route than the classic practice areas, with fast learning curves.
How we build this selection
We publish a selection like this every day with offers verified one by one: if the original link does not work or the vacancy is not confirmed on the original page, the offer does not go in. Our usual sources are the careers pages of firms and companies, the bar associations' job boards and recruitment consultancies; we explain the system in Bar job boards and the ICAB employment fair. Yesterday we published the 22 October selection, with positions that remain active today.
Practical advice before applying
- Read the full offer on the original page: specific requirements (years, languages, bar admission) are usually exclusionary.
- Adapt your CV to each position: the guide to CVs and cover letters for law firms explains how.
- Never pay to apply for anything: serious processes never charge the candidate.
- Watch the bar job boards: they publish offers from local firms that do not always reach the big portals.
Alerts and offer publication
To receive alerts on new offers and courses, you can sign up to the training and employment alerts form at the bottom of this page and in our Legal jobs section. Tomorrow we will publish a new selection with the vacancies that remain active and any additions verified over the weekend.
