How to publish a legal job offer on Agente Lex: what data to include and how it is reviewed
If your firm, company or bar association is looking for lawyers, paralegals or legal support staff, this guide explains what data to send, how we review the offer and how to write it to receive suitable applications.

To publish a legal job offer on Agente Lex, send the "Post your job" form with the position, the company or firm, the city, the working format and the link to the original offer. The newsroom reviews it and, if it publishes it, shows the basic data and links to the page where candidates can apply. Applications do not go through Agente Lex.
This guide is aimed at law firms, companies' legal departments, bar associations, recruitment consultancies and other bodies looking for legal professionals, paralegals or legal support staff.
What data we need
- Position. With a clear title, for example "Junior employment lawyer" or "Commercial law paralegal".
- Company or firm. If selection is run by a consultancy, also state the client when it can be made public.
- City and working format. In person, hybrid or remote.
- Publication date and, if there is one, closing date.
- Summary of the main duties and key requirements.
- Link to the original offer, where the full description is and where the CV is received.
- Contact person, whom we use only to verify the offer.
What we publish and what we do not
We publish basic data: position, company, city, date and link. We do not copy the offer's full description or logos, and we send the reader to the original source. That way the candidate always sees the current version and the employer keeps control of its offer.
We do not publish offers we cannot check, closed offers, offers with unlawful or discriminatory conditions, or positions unrelated to the legal field. The decision to publish is editorial. Our checking method is explained in how we verify information at Agente Lex.
How to write a legal offer that works
- Specify the practice area. "Lawyer" with nothing more attracts poorly matched applications. State employment, commercial, tax, criminal, immigration or whichever area applies.
- Clarify the entry requirements. Many offers ask for a law degree, the access master's and bar membership. Say so from the start.
- State the languages and their level, if needed.
- Say the working format. In person, hybrid or remote is the first thing a candidate looks at.
- Give the contract type and hours, and the salary or a range if you can. It is a detail that improves the quality of applications.
Where offers appear
Offers are published in the Legal jobs section. As an example of the format, you can see our selection of legal job offers of 19 October, with offers from firms, consultancies and bar association job boards. We also explain how bar association job boards work.
And if your team organises open training, you can publish it in Training.
How to send your offer
Press the "Post your job" button on this page or on any article in the section, fill in the form and send it. The notice reaches Agente Lex's contact inbox, info@agentelex.es, and the newsroom reviews it. If we need to clarify anything, we will write to the email you give.
