Legal job offers: selection for 25 October 2026 for lawyers
One new addition: KPMG Abogados is hiring a junior litigation lawyer for its Dispute Resolution & Insolvency team in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

A selection of twelve legal job offers active as of today, 25 October 2026. We check the original links one by one before publishing and only give the basic facts: role, company, city, offer date and link. Applications are always handled on the company's or firm's own page, never through Agente Lex.
Today's highlight
The new addition to the selection is a junior litigation position in the Dispute Resolution & Insolvency department of KPMG Abogados in Santa Cruz de Tenerife: advice on litigation, insolvency and restructuring, drafting court filings and attending hearings. They ask for one to three years of proven experience as a litigation lawyer at top-tier firms, a Law and Business degree and genuine motivation for insolvency practice. An interesting route outside the usual Madrid-Barcelona circuit, on a permanent contract.
Madrid: three positions
Still open: Hogan Lovells' position for its labour team in the capital (lawyer with three to five years, published 14 October via Workday), KPMG Abogados (business development junior in the Markets & Clients department) and ECIJA (Real Estate lawyer, on the firm's careers page).
Barcelona and its metro area: five positions
Still open: the junior for a legal department managed by Michael Page (permanent, 25,000 to 30,000 euros, published 23 October, covering urban leases, real estate and registry law, condominium law and debt claims), the senior Corporate M&A lawyer at EY Abogados (published 15 October), the senior Data Protection and Digital Law lawyer at RCD, the junior Innovation lawyer at Rousaud Costas Duran (technology companies, venture capital and M&A) and the labour lawyer a Molins de Rei advisory firm offers through Michael Page.
Valencia, Tenerife and Gipuzkoa: four positions
In Valencia, RCD's junior Litigation position (one to three years, banking and civil litigation valued) and the EY Abogados labour lawyer remain open. They are joined today by KPMG's litigation lawyer in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, and in Beasain (Gipuzkoa) CAF continues its search for a labour lawyer for an interim position in HR labour relations.
A quick read of the market
The week confirms two signals: labour and litigation concentrate junior demand, and the geography is widening beyond the two big markets, with solid openings in Valencia, Tenerife and Gipuzkoa. AI tool requirements are starting to appear as desirable even in entry-level positions, a change that until recently only showed up in innovation profiles.
How we build this selection
We publish a selection like this every day with offers verified one by one: if the original link fails or the vacancy cannot be confirmed on the original page, the offer does not go in. The usual sources are the careers pages of firms and companies, the bar associations' job boards and recruitment consultancies; we explain the system in Bar association job boards and the ICAB job fair. Yesterday we published the selection for 24 October, whose eleven positions remain active today.
Practical tips before applying
- Read the full offer on the original page: the specific requirements (years, languages, bar admission) are usually exclusionary.
- Adapt your CV to each role: the guide to CVs and cover letters for law firms explains how.
- Never pay to apply for anything: serious processes never charge the candidate.
- Watch the bar job boards: they publish offers from local firms that do not always reach the big portals.
