Legal job offers: the 20 October 2026 selection for lawyers and paralegals

A selection of eleven legal job offers active as of today, 20 October 2026. We check each original link one by one before publishing and give only the basic facts: role, company, city, offer date and link. Applications are always managed on the company's or firm's own page, never through Agente Lex.

Today's highlights

Two new additions compared with yesterday's selection: ECIJA is looking for a lawyer for its Real Estate area in the Madrid office, according to its own careers page, and the consultancy Morgan Philips is advertising a senior employment lawyer position in Madrid. Employment remains the most active area of the week, with four open positions across Madrid, Valencia and Gipuzkoa.

• CAF: Employment lawyer in Beasain (Gipuzkoa), on an interim basis.
• Montenegro Legal: administrative assistant for its legal team in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, through the ICATF job board.

How we build this selection

We publish a selection like this every day with offers verified one by one: if the original link does not work, the offer does not go in. Yesterday we published the 19 October selection, which included a position that was no longer active today and has been removed.

A quick read of the market this week

Two patterns repeat in recent days' selections. The first is demand for employment lawyers: international firms, Big Four and industrial companies are looking for labour lawyers at different seniority levels, from junior positions to profiles of five or more years. The second is the weight of Madrid, which concentrates most positions at the big firms, while bar associations and their job boards channel many of the offers from mid-size firms outside the two main capitals.

There is also room for non-qualified profiles: paralegal and legal assistant positions appear every week at large and mid-size firms, and are a common entry route into the sector for graduates who have not yet joined the bar.

Practical tips before applying

1. Always enter through the original link. The company's page has the full requirements and the current selection process.
2. Check the date. Some positions have been open for weeks; it is worth checking whether the company is still accepting applications.
3. Adapt your CV to the area. This week's employment, real estate and IP positions ask for specific practice experience, not just a degree.
4. Watch the bar job boards. If you are a member, your association's board publishes offers from local firms that do not always reach the generalist portals.
