To publish a course for lawyers on Agente Lex, send the "Submit your course" form with the title, the organising body, the dates, the format, the price if any and the official link. The newsroom checks that data on the body's official website and decides whether to publish it. There is no automatic publication and sending does not guarantee the course will be published.

This guide is aimed at bar associations, legal practice schools, universities, professional associations, legal publishers, firms and other legal bodies that organise training for professionals.

What data we need

A course listing is only useful if the reader can decide without phoning. That is why we ask for:

  1. Exact course title, as shown on the official website.
  2. Organising body. And, where relevant, who collaborates.
  3. Dates and schedule. Start and end date, days of the week and hours.
  4. Format. In person, online or hybrid. If there is streaming or recordings, say so.
  5. Price, when there is one, including discounts for bar members. If it is free, say so.
  6. Registration deadline and entry requirements, if any.
  7. Official link where more information is available and you can enrol.
  8. Contact person, whom we only use to verify the data.

How we review each course

Agente Lex applies a simple rule: no specific piece of data is published without having been checked in an official source. For a course, the source is the organiser's website. If a piece of data is not on it, we do not publish it, and we say so expressly in the listing. You can see the details of our method in how we verify information at Agente Lex.

Publication is an editorial decision. We prioritise training aimed at legal professionals, with clear data and an official link. We do not publish training without an identifiable organiser or courses whose content we cannot check.

What format the listings have

We publish courses in the Training section, with the title, the body, the dates, the format, the price when stated and the official link. Every article in the section carries the "Submit your course" button, so that any body can send its own.

An example of how we present the information is the listing for ICAM's Abogacía 360 programme, where we also state what the official source does not publish, such as the price.

Tips to make your course better understood

  • Use full dates, with day and year. "Autumn" is not a date.
  • State the duration in hours, because many members need it to justify training.
  • Say who it is aimed at. If it is for young lawyers, employment lawyers or small firms, say so.
  • Keep the link up to date. If the dates change, let us know and we will update the listing.

How to send your course

Press the "Submit your course" button on this page or on any article in the section, fill in the form and send it. We receive the notice in our contact inbox, info@agentelex.es, and the newsroom reviews it. If we need to clarify any data, we will write to the email you give.
