Five areas for discussion
The programme brings together international divorces, division of assets, parentage, gender-based and vicarious violence, and maintenance for adult children. Its aim is to connect problems reaching law firms with evidence and litigation strategy, incorporating perspectives from lawyers, courts and, where appropriate, prosecutors.
In-person capacity is limited to eighty at Gabriel Querol, 21-23. For members of the fourteen Catalan bar associations, the fee is 35 euros in person and 25 online; for others it is 50 euros in either format.
Registration includes access to recordings and documentation, and a certificate subject to the organiser's requirements. The detailed programme is available in ICAB's agenda. Reading this information does not reserve a place: registration must be arranged with the organiser.
